Waiver:
Attending An Energy Healing Event
By purchasing a ticket to or booking a energy healing event (whether in a group setting or private setting) you hereby agree to the below waiver and release agreement:
I understand that this transmission may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
This is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. By attending this event, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Lucie Ataya.
I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am complying with this agreement voluntarily and recognise that my purchase of a ticket serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the United Kingdom.

By booking a reading with Lucie Ataya, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Nature of the Reading
Readings are offered for personal insight, reflection and spiritual exploration.
My readings combine intuition, psychic mediumship and energy reading. The information shared is offered in good faith and should be received as guidance rather than absolute fact.
I do not believe in fixed futures. We all have free will, and every choice we make has the potential to change our path. My role is not to tell you what will happen, but to offer perspective on the energy that is present and what may be asking to be seen.
Personal Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.
The purpose of a reading is to support you in connecting more deeply with your own inner knowing, not to make decisions on your behalf.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
Please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters relating to your health, mental wellbeing, finances or legal affairs.
Mental Health
Readings are not suitable for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis, active psychosis, mania, or any condition that may significantly impair their ability to distinguish spiritual guidance from objective reality.
If I believe a reading is not appropriate or in your best interests, I reserve the right to decline or end the session.
Mediumship
Where messages from loved ones in Spirit come through, they are shared with care and integrity.
As mediumship is never something I can control or promise, messages from specific loved ones cannot be guaranteed.
Ethical Boundaries
I reserve the right to decline questions that seek to invade another person’s privacy, remove their agency, or encourage dependency on readings.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to book a reading.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during your reading will be treated as confidential.
The only exception would be where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of another person.
WhatsApp Voice Note Readings
Voice note readings are recorded specifically for the person booking the reading and are for personal use only.
Once I have begun preparing or recording your reading, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please allow the agreed turnaround time for your reading to be delivered.
Live Readings
Live readings take place online at the scheduled time.
At your request, your session can be recorded so that you can revisit it afterwards. If you would like a recording, please let me know at the start of the session.
Recordings are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, edited, distributed or shared publicly without my prior written permission.
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Live readings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
If I need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and energetic nature of this work, completed readings are non-refundable.
If I am unable to provide your reading, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Intellectual Property
All recordings, written content and materials shared as part of your reading remain the intellectual property of Lucie Ataya.
They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold or distributed without prior written permission.
Right to Decline
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a reading if I believe it falls outside my scope of practice, is not ethically appropriate, or does not feel safe for either of us.
Agreement
By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
